US Orders:
-5-7 Business Days is $7 USD. This is not a guaranteed service so the delivery time frames are an estimate.
-3-5 Business Days is $15 USD. This is not a guaranteed service so the delivery time frames are an estimate.
-3 Business Days [Express] is $20 USD. This is a guaranteed service.
-2 Business Days [Express] is $30 USD. This is a guaranteed service.
-1 Business Day [Express] is $45 USD. This is a guaranteed service.
-Saturday Delivery [Express] is $75 USD. Delivery occurs on Saturday with this option.
-For Express Shipping Options, orders must be received before 2pm central. If received after 2 pm they will ship the next business day.
-For Standard Shipping Options, orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping
-We use DHL to ship Internationally. The price will be calculated at checkout, once you have entered your address. Based on your location, the website will calculate the price of shipping at checkout.
International orders take 2-5 business days to deliver.
Canada Shipping
-10-15 Business Days is offered for a flat rate of $12 USD.
-2-3 Business Days is offered for a flat rate of $20 USD.
PROCESSING TIME
For Guaranteed Shipping Options, orders must be received before 2pm central. If received after 2 pm they will ship the next business day.
For Non-Guaranteed Shipping Options, orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
LOST/STOLEN
It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. LiaBella kids is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. We recommend that you select “Signature required” when placing your order, which we offer at no additional cost, to ensure that your package is signed before it is dropped off at your location.
